Stephen Gill's marketing campaign receives 'Honourable Mention'

DUBAI:  Stephen Gill has received a honourable mention in the 'Marketing Initiative of the Year' category at this years 2014 Climate Control Awards. The judges were impressed with Stephen's efforts and praised the unique approach adopted in promoting the HVACR industry for its contribution to society. They felt the entry deserving of the ‘Honourable Mention’, based on the quality and compelling nature of the presentation.

Refrigeration consultant, Stephen Gill initiated the poster campaign on LinkedIn to highlight the impact that refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technologies have on our lives, and the benefits that are often taken for granted.

Stephen's, 'Open your eyes' campaign poster describes how refrigeration is at the very heart of modern life. How it enables people to live and work comfortably, how it helps to save lives, and how it enables people to achieve great things.

In a year when a framework for a sustainable RACHP industry is fast becoming clear. The new F-Gas regulation now finalised, the increased uptake of natural refrigeration solutions, the development and use of low and renewable energy technologies, and the nearing of a global agreement to the phase-down of HFCs. Stephen's achievement and recognition in raising awareness of the contribution the industry has on our lives couldn't have been more timely.
